Had to give ATBs a go...

Had a party for my younger brother who is expecting baby #1.
His buddy hosted and catered brisket, and I couldn't let everything be store bought, so I had to fire up the egg...
Thick Cut Chipotle Bacon and Garlic Bacon were used to wrap, with a mix of cream cheese, pepper jack, s&p, cayenne, and paprika.

ATBs were then rolled in "rub some butt" seasoning and put on the elevated rack for about 90 minutes at 375.
Made close to 40 for about 7-8 guys, and they were all gone...

your ABTs looks great (Atomic Buffalo Turds)
You went heavy on the cream cheese. I bet that was awesome!! Looks great. Even got the bacon to crisp!XL, Small, Mini & Mini Max Green Egg, Shirley Fab Trailer, 6 gal and 2.5 gal Cajun Fryers, BlueStar 60" Range, 48" Lonestar Grillz Santa Maria, Alto Shaam 1200s, Gozney Dome, Gateway 55g Drum -
Nicely executed! Every time I have made these they were a huge hit (for people who weren't scared of the jalepeno). I agree with grim- the bacon looks perfect. The raised grid was a good call to get crispy bacon.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

Great job. Loving ABTs. So fun to mess with different fillings too.Large and Small BGECentral, IL

Those look spectacular, just perfect! I've only used plain cream cheese, and they're always good, but I think I'm going to learn from you and others, here, and do something more interesting. Add some cheese, or maybe just switch to pimento cheese.
By the way, you can keep the letters in the right order by remembering what they stand for: "Atomic Buffalo Turds."

Looks great!
I think "Atomic Turd Buffalo" is also a thing, here.

I just saw the letter layout... D'oh!!! That's what happens when you post from a phone that decides to correct your Acronym according to whatever the hell it wants!

Nicely done!LBGE (still waitin' for my free T-Shirt), DIgiQ DX2 (In Blue, cause it's the fastest), Heavy Duty Kick Ash Basket, Mc Farland, WI.

If it wasn't for my BGE I'd have no use for my backyard... -
Too tame the heat I'd imagine. I do several water baths if I know it's going to be served to school girls or aka friends/familySammi said:

I have been doing these with jalapeño pimento cheese. Just gives it another kick throughout the bite. I don't think you can go wrong with ABTs.East TN- Large BGE, Cyber Q, Kick-Ash-Basket, Smokeware Cap, Anova Sous Vide, Pizza Stones

To tame the heat, rather than soak, remove the seeds, veins and placenta - they have the majority of capsicum.
