Mixed some ground lamb with a few spices and rolled into a few logs.  Put in freezer for a bit and then threaded on a skewer. Hit the mini until 165IT. Meanwhile made a yogurt sauce with Greek yogurt, fresh garlic, cumin, lemon juice and S&P. heated up some store
bought pita. Filled pita with grated red cabbage, tomatoes, carrots, and some fresh mint. Added the yogurt sauce and Booyowww. These were good. Next time I will slice the lamb thin after cooking so it is more manageable to eat. Thanks for looking.
