Paella a la Naked Whiz, nice bottle of Rioja, beautiful sunny day 82 degrees, good way to cap off a day of mountain biking and yard work.

    Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.

    That's a great looking cook. I've made the seafood and the chicken and sausage each a few times, and I chicken out from time to time too.  Congrats on hanging tough.

    Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
    "Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"

    Well done for nailing the soccarat-I have been on both sides of that deal many times.  I am getting better at hanging tough but every cook is different.
