I haven't cooked all week so today I overcompensated. Handmade bagels in the morning and now this for dinner. I'm not a good butcher so these are awfully cut but quite delicious. I get the roast at Cash and Carry, divide into individual steaks and vacuum seal. This was reverse seared and served with my creamy mushroom/mustard sauce and roasted vegetables.
