Happy Thursday Rib steak

I haven't cooked all week so today I overcompensated. Handmade bagels in the morning and now this for dinner. I'm not a good butcher so these are awfully cut but quite delicious. I get the roast at Cash and Carry, divide into individual steaks and vacuum seal. This was reverse seared and served with my creamy mushroom/mustard sauce and roasted vegetables.

Wait. What. Did you say handmade bagels?? That is something I've never, ever considered. That's got to be the jackalope of home cooking. Didn't think there was such a thing. Kudos to you!

Thanks, everyone. I dabble with bread baking so I've made bagels a few times. I still haven't perfected the art of rolling them but they're better than store bought.
