Chipolte pimento cheese stuffed burgers

Because the weather's nice. Went with 90/10 sirloin because that's what the wifey likes, super lean. Way too lean for my tastes, but they were still good. The pimento cheese is Tom's, a local Memphis product and the Chipolte version is insanely good. Enjoyed the burger with a side of sweet tater tots and my first Sam Adams Nitro Project White Ale- which by the way, is insanely good. Like, the best canned beer I've ever had good. Anyone ever had nitro coffee before? Has to be good.

Great looking burgers! The beer looks really good as well. I have tried nitro coffee and it is really good.
