Lunch and dinner at the shop. Pic heavy

Threw on a spatchcock in the AM. Followed by a couple slabs. Chicken for lunch and ribs for dinner. Ribs were a bit over as I wasn't really paying attention to them. Kinda hard to work at the store and watch the cook.

Thanks @JohnnyTarheel. I've used a bunch of JH rubs and haven't found a bad one yet. He has quite a bit of stuff that is fairly unique in flavor profile. His a dizzy are both more than just bbq rub material.

Mostly just feeding the old man and whatever. Not a scheduled demo or anything. Finally a half a** decent day. Picked a couple low maintainance cooks. Ribs were fall off. Not my intention, but tasted great.
