Kurobuta ribs

ordered some on the SRF sale. They came today and have almost no meat on them. Anybody cooked these? My normal 2 - 1.5 at 275 will way overcook these things

I almost ordered some but didn't because of exactly what you are saying.  I'm pretty sure SRF has a cooking guide for them on their website but I'm multitasking getting kids to bed right now and can't look.

Yep, they are tiny. Here's a rack of SRF Kurobuta spares I did awhile back.

Thanks. If you went at 5 hours. Maybe I can still get by with 2 - 1.5 at 250. Will see where I'm at after the 2 hour mark

Just got mine in too. There are very small. Maybe a foot in length and 6 inches wide. Does not seem like its worth the $20 but I'm willing to try them out. Might be an OK appetizer for two, but not a meal. Note: I have not cooked them yet, they are thawing in the fridge.
