Spare Ribs

Hy-Vee had spares on sale for 2.99 per pound so after the cheese on with the ribs.  Cooked indirect at 275 until done. Rub was a mixture of S/P, garlic powder, chili powder and smoked paprika. Finished with homemade sauce. Plated with some liquid gold and green beans.
