Valentine's Day Dinner

Omaha Steaks and Salmon Fillet! 

Blackened seasoning on 3 Fillets and garlic and butter on 1 Fillet in the tin foil. Steaks were marinated in dales and rubbed with Montréal.

400° and 4 min on each side for the salmon. Removed at a perfect 140° international temp to let it rest to 145°.
