Looks fantastic! Did you boil the lobster first or did you cook directly on the egg?____________________Entrepreneurs are simply those who understand that there is little difference between obstacle and opportunity and are able to turn both to their advantage. •Niccolo Machiavelli

Thank you @paqman! No, I didn't. I placed in the Egg while the steak was roasting (around 300°), then placed over the hot spot when the steak was finished. It was a small tail, maybe .5lbs.paqman said:Looks fantastic! Did you boil the lobster first or did you cook directly on the egg?------------------------------

What can I say that hasn't already been said. It all looks amazing. Lobster, along with oysters are one of my very favorites. The ribeye is a perfect compliment for the lobster. Just doesn't get much better than that combination in my book. Job well done brother Tar.
Location- Just "this side" of Biloxi, Ms.
Status- Standing by.

Thank you! I thought it tasted awesome. My wife gave me a bunch of "oh my gosh" on the steak and the potato (she loves her potatoes). I haven't done that sauce in a while and it was a great addition to this.Thatgrimguy said:If the food tastes a quarter as good as it looks. Then holy hell.------------------------------
