So I asked what he wanted. "Buttery crusted steak and my mashed potatoes." He has his own recipe for doctoring potatoes.
Unfortunately, I had a shît day at work and got home late so I was in the weeds from the beginning. My brother is a restaurant manager so he got a big kick out of me telling him I was in the weeds. Thankfully, it was all immediate family and I had more help than I needed.
Anyway, steak hot tubbed in my redneck homemade SV for the medium crowd and on my new Paragon induction SV for the med rare crowd finished on a cast iron griddle. Baked beans, crack and cheese and Justin's potatoes.
Not it a lot of pics because of said weeds.

Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg. -

Happy Birthday to your son. I am curious as to the Paragon multi purpose cooker. I had been following it on indigo for a while and never pulled the trigger. I was wondering your opinion of it?? I know it is for more than just sous vide. Thanks

@Moleman I've only had it a couple of days. It's basically like any induction eye except it has the thermo feed back. It can be used as SV or slow cooker. It held the temp solidly for an hour and a half.
My plan is to use it more and write a review. -

Thank you, I am curious if it has the ability to deep fry and hold the constant temperature as stated. I will look for your review in time. Thanks for the feedback.
