    oh BOY! Me thinks I just painted a bull's eye on my backside and I sure didn't mean to! I am just looking for Lenten meals ideas so PLEASE don't make this thread a Buffalo target!

    @RRP - how about a scallop and bok choy stir fry? I'm pretty sure fish fits into the Lent edibles.

    Pretty much anything that swims is in for Lent isn't it? Tuna, catfish, prawns, etc... We don't mark this time of year, other than pancakes on Shrove Tuesday, for those that do, lots of veggie kabobs and some fish...

    Maybe a salmon and veggie stir fry.  Lots of different kinds of fish that fit the Lenten bill can go on the egg or in the Wok.

    Mahi Fish tacos for tonight, and still working on Friday.  I'm going to have to try swordfish on the Egg as my last attempt on my gasser didn't go well.
