Got some good feedback from the Mrs. and her friend who came over for the game. The bang bang shrimp got drizzled with a mayo, sweet chili sauce, honey and rice vinegar combination. Good stuff. Now, hopefully the Panthers can get their heads in the game.

I wouldn't complain about that - solid cook. I had to Google bang bang shrimp. I may have to try it.Coleman, Texas
Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"

My Publix only carries foreign shrimp. No good USA shrimp to be had.
I usually go to the local fish markets to get Gulf shrimp. -
Very nice Dyal!! On the sauce did you just mix till you liked the taste? I've had Bang Bang Shrimp from Bonefish and they were great, I tried the online recipe and thought is was way to sweet.-----------------------------------------analyze adapt overcome2008 -Large BGE. 2013- Small BGE and 2015 - Mini. Yep! The shrimp look great. One of my appetizers tonight was boiled shrimp. It's one of my favorites, any way it's prepared.

Thx guys!! @Mattman3969 , I found it online. It was pretty sweet, so I'll prolly add more spice next time. It was 1/4 cup mayo, 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce, 1 tbsp honey and 1 tsp rice vinegar.
Here is the link for the shrimp recipe:

Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers. -
Awesome spread as usual Dylan. I made bang bang shrimp earlier this week for the first time. It was awesome. Here is the recipe I used: http://www.yummly.com/recipe/external/Skinny-Bang-Bang-Shrimp-974710
It's a "lighter" version as it's made with Greek yogurt and not deep fried. Will have to give your version a try now as a comparison. I'm sure yours is better as everything is better when deep fried.Large and Small BGECentral, IL
