Those are a favorite for sure. Although I haven't eaten them since getting the flu a couple years ago on Super Bowl Sunday. Made it three minutes then spent the rest of the time in the can

Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...

@Texag06ish - these are always a hit. Sausage slices wrapped with a half slice of bacon, which makes a "cup" at the top..which I filled with a mixture of cream cheese and grated Parmesan/Reggiano. Sprinkled each with one of the BBQ spices from my spice rack. Cooked indirect at 375 grate until bacon was fine, roughly 30-45 minLBGE & SBGE. Central Texas.
