Put them on early this morning. Using Adam Perry Lang Serious Barbecue recipe.
Already getting close to 120 degrees.

You were correct. stopped at exactly 150. I used the texas crutch at 160 as per the recipe. Only thing was I forgot to add chips into the lump. I tried to add on top, but I need more smoke flavor I believe. it was early in the morning. What is best to use. Chips or chunks?
