A big plate of YES!!

decided to go big for lunch today. And boy does it look good.

started off by cooking a baked potatoe the mini at 400 indirect. Rolled it in evoo and salt and pepper before hand.

then I stuffed it full of some pulled pork from the freezer that was vacuum sealed (wow, still tasted fresh)



Meat the end I threw on some brats. And smothered the potatoe with some smoked cheddar I made during Christmas (and three on some bacon scraps for some crispness
