Haven't used the egg this week so I decided to fire her up for some steaks!
About 5-6 min per side at 500°
Finished product!
Perfect EVERY TIME!!!!

screw work today ....makes me want to go home and light the egg ....fries are always good with a great looking steak....just can't do the bud light....Oh well
