Thanks to @Dyal_SC post last night with the turkey sausage log I got to thinking. Why not make some portable breakfast? No eggin pics cause it was just to dark.

Omelette cups with turkey sausage, scallions, green & red peppers and shrooms gettin ready for the cookin

Turkey sausage log hit with Tsunami Spin fresh off the mini and a little cherry smoke

And the portable omelettes are done after 35mins at 350

Awesome brother. Breakfast for supper is right up there with supper for breakfast in my book. It's a winner either way.
