40 mph winds and swirling snow.............18" of snow on the ground........first use of my new Flame Boss. This unit rocks! The temp never varied more than 2 degrees on the entire cook! 
@SGH was kind enough to give me this recipe. Cooked at 280 to an IT of 170. Sliced, cubed, and sauced and back on the Egg for 1.5 hours at 280.
