Morning All:
My daughter-in-law requested that I provide pulled pork for her sister's rehearsal dinner this evening so last night at about 9:00pm four butts (total weight about 38 pounds) went on and the Guru set up with rain protection as thunderstorms were forecast for this morning...here is my "protection" for the Guru & electrical outlet...normally I only have a Tupperware container covering it to protect from the dew, but felt the Ziplock addition made sense...
Here are the butts ready to come off...just waiting for my son to show up to remove from the Egg...
Did finally get the rain at about 11:30am so the extra protection was warranted!
