Well I had chef duties last night and decided to smoke some Boneless / skinless chicken breasts  6 good sized ones .. I used apple wood and rubbed with McCormick's for chicken ... Got egg to 325deg. With plate setter and cooked for an hour to 165 int. Temp.            For the veggies I put Brussel sprouts / squash / zucchini & onion in a one gallon baggie with extra virgin olive oil some salt & pepper to taste rolled them around to spread the goodness and then dumped on a pan & roasted them at 375deg for 40mins.
I must say the breasts were spot on Taste with smokey flavor and the veggies were outta this world :) here is a couple pics :)
