Trying to clean out the fridge so I took some leftover mashed potatoes, flattened and fried them trying to get a bit of a crust, as well as some asparagus, cheddar cheese and a bacon weave. I have no idea how the potato will be in there.

Well it was a success. The potato was really good in the roll, along with everything else. My wife is very happy so I'm happy.

@pgprescott , thanks. I was just fooling around with it one day and put it on, it actually is quite nice, easy to grab with a handful of tongs or with gloves on etc. I really like it.

@CodyA88 , it's just a little old shed I had. Looks bigger than it actually is, being on the MM.

Great cook and cool handle. I'm going to have to try my hand making one of those. Did the taters stay crisp at all?LBGE, Weber Grills, Silverback Pellet grill, PBC. No I don't have a grill issue.

Unfortunately there was no crunch left to the spuds. I suspected as much before cooking it but thought it might be worth a try. I definitely wouldn't fry them up next time.Lethbridge, Alberta LBGE & MM
