Cheekan Legs on the Mini

Marinaded the legs for 24 hours in a Tikka Masala sauce. Cooked them indirect on the mini. I was able to get all 8 to fit -- granted these legs are local and hormone free, and much smaller than most other grocery store chicken legs.

When my wife got home from work, she said the yard smelled delicious. Lol. The smell really was killer. To be honest though, once the chicken cooked, the sauce lost a bit of flavor. I'll prolly just use it as a simmer sauce next time as its intended. Still, it was a tasty and quick weeknight cook.

That is awesome.. I think you are spot on in saying next time use as a simmer sauce.. We have done both ways and have enjoyed the simmer result.. Once again your cook looks great as usual..Greensboro North Carolina
