Breakfast of Champions

Alright, we all know the breakfast of champions is warm beer and room temperature pizza, but this was not bad.

I only ate 5oz of steak, so lots of leftover for a lunch.  I make this meal at 350 calories.  Lost another pound this morning, we'll see what tomorrow looks like.

Oh, and probably yogurt for dinner tonight.

Great cook right there-but in my little world the Breakfast of Champions is beer and chocolate chip cookies.  However, I can adapt ;)
Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.
