It's January 9th and I just cleaned off the patio and raked the front yard all while wearing shorts and a sweatshirt.

Yes it is!! On the way to the mountains now. Looks like Denver got 2 inches recently. First time in 10 years making this trip there was snow this far down. Getting rid of a land line and cat5 and moving the outlet and switches up so there's no switches in the rest of our backsplash. Don't you hate it when such a simple task goes bad? The existing plates in the walls are nailed into the face of the studs so I am gonna have some clean up work. Good thing is all power is coming from up and the outlet doesn't go anywhere so the wiring will be easy.
