What do you store your supplies in?

Hello,
I am trying to decide what to store my supplies in, instead of having them all over the garage. I was wondering what others use for storage. I am looking to store my plate setter, chimney, smoking chips, rib rack, gloves and tools. Should I use plastic bins, metal, wood?
thanks,
Doug

I have a suncoast vertical cabinet. I added a couple shelves to it for the plate setter and CI grid. Charcoal and wood I keep in the bottom.

I use a 72" deck box. Barely enough room, but it works. They don’t want a population of citizens capable of critical thinking. I have been able to store everything I need in it including charcoal, smoking woods, Woo2, platesetter, pizza stone, gloves, torch and more. Everything has stayed high and dry so far. It is also lockable if that is something you need.Greenwood, IN | XL BGE | Weber Genesis | Blackstone 28 | bunch of accessories -

I have been using a chest type storage unit for a few years. Don't remember if it's Suncast, Rubbermade or other brand, but I will be replacing it with a vertical cabinet for accessory storage in the near future. The present one will be relegated to charcoal and smoke wood storage as I have found that I have stuff stacked in it and have to remove whatever is on top to get to whichever accessory I need that is invariably under everything else.A poor widows son.

Gloves, tools, pizza stone, platesetter are kept on the table. Other items in a cabinet on my back patio.

In cooking, often we implement steps for which we have no explanations other than ‘that’s what everybody else does’ or ‘that’s what I have been told.’ Dare to think for yourself. -

I use a deck box with smaller containers inside for wood chunks, looftlighter, tongs, flippers, extra grids and stones. And a shelf in the basement for CI, rubs, sauces, thermometers etc.Lititz, PA – XL BGE

A Rubbermaid horizontal storage shed for charcoal and wood. The rest of our stuff is all over the house and garage. I'm about to buy a large plastic shelving unit from Costco for $25 and convert a large walk-in storage closet into the Egg closet.XL BGE & 36" Blackstone

I'm interested in this topic as well. My egg is in a nest and, while I'd love a SS table, they are a bit steep for me. I've been mulling over buying this from HD. It's SS and should hold everything, would love a plan to convert it into a full table setup somehow.

I'm just hoping the top doesn't wear out too quickly and that I don't wish for a real table down the road. It will definitely be an upgrade from storing everything in my unused gas grill. -
Mine is all strown across the patio...I hate when my gloves get wet.

I looked at the Husky but I wanted drawers that have more depth to allow for the grids, pizza stones and plate setter to lay flat.

@Hotch I was planning on having this outside, it looks like your setup is covered and never gets wet. Would you have any reservation against leaving it outside? The pegboard sides are nice, but would obviously let water inside. I could get away with a cover on it, but I've never been much for having to lug them on/off.

Now that we're past the holidays, if you see a wreath storage container on clearance those work really well for plate setter, pizza stone, and extra grids.
