Meat Loaf Today

I made a pot of chili for lunch and decided to make a meat loaf on the egg with the leftover meat. 50/50 ground turkey and ground beef. Standard ingredients but I did glaze with equal parts ketchup, mustard and my home made BBQ sauce left over from a butt I did last week. Turned out well.

This is was my first ML on the egg. Super simple and great smoke flavor.
