Christmas Prime Rib Roast (and next day breakfast)

Got some help from my nephew to remove the ribs from the roast and tie them back.  Rubbed with Schwartz's beef seasoning. Roasted indirect for about 5 hours at 225F until it reached an IT of 130F.
