Christmas Prime Rib Roast (and next day breakfast)

Got some help from my nephew to remove the ribs from the roast and tie them back. Rubbed with Schwartz's beef seasoning. Roasted indirect for about 5 hours at 225F until it reached an IT of 130F.

Yessir!!!! Lookin' terrific! It's awesome you're exposing the boy to cooking at such a young age.
I'm a large 34year old man and my elderly aunt still calls me her "little biscuit maker" on occasion. LOL I used to help her cut biscuits into shape using an upside down glass. Great memories.
