Teriyaki Top Sirloin

With wild rice and steamed broccoli.  Three quarter cup of rice and 6 ounces of sirloin.  I make it 505 calories.

    Hard to believe the calories are only 500 with the teriyaki? It's all sugar. Is that per piece? JK. Looks great! Keep it up doc.

    That is a WOO turned upside down on top of the grid.  The WOO is wonderfully useful with some imagination.  The BGE version of it is good to raise the grid or to elevate a pizza stone but the dimensions are wrong for a lot of the things I go to the WOO for.

    I don't have the skills, I would love someone to make a similar rig that was square at the top but sized for skewers and running the full width of the XL for yakatori style cooks.  Works much nicer than bricks.
