Every since seeing his post, I've been meaning to try them. Here is his post:

I improvised and did mine a tiny bit different based on the stuff I had on hand. Unmeasured amount of whipped cream cheese, sour cream, chives, lots of pulled pork and spicy calypso seasoning.

Then a dredge of flour, egg wash and panko.

Finished with a drizzle of a homemade honey dijon sauce. Flavor was killer. Thanks again to @Hotch!

Thx to everyone!
@northGAcock, for sure. Lemme know where and when.
Merry Christmas to you as well @Hotch!
Amazing @Wolfpack !! The flavor was spot on. I'll prolly do them just the same next go 'round. They had a nice light crab cake consistency. I gave it just enough whipped cream cheese and sour cream for it to have a nice consistency without being overly wet or overly dry. I failed to mention earlier that I did add a splash of heavy cream to the mix to help with it. If you can imagine the consistency of cool, but not cold, hamburger meat... that will get you in the ballpark as far as the "feel" goes. -
