Grilled Gulf Oysters with mignonette and cocktail sauce.
An annual Christmas Eve tradition for us. Along with smoked salmon and numerous other offerings(
ham and cheeses Sammies, bacon wrapped 
water chestnuts, Mexican 7 layer dip. Good news this year, only my son and I wanted the oysters! We crushed them! Merry Christmas!

But on the side: I received that BGE tiered rack and can't stand the center pole restriction it brings. Been relegated for around 5 years now. A personal thing.
