Strawberry jam glazed chicken

Spatched up a couple chickens tonight. One was for a friend who just had a baby. Cooked at 275 until 160, then glazed with a strawberry and BBQ mix. Hit 165, then pulled.

I agree it looks great and also adding some heat might make it better. I use this stuff on chicken often and it is excellent (gourmet warehouse out of SC...they carry it at my local Publix).
Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.
