- I love Jerky!
- Top 2 racks were made of Pork Loin (I experimented), the bottom rack was beef (I forget what cut).
- After marinading the Pork Loin, it was very difficult to work with (very sticky). Beef was perfect.
- OEM BGE GRATE
- AR CERAMIC OVAL
- AR (whats in the picture, tilt it backwards a little for it to fit)

I can achieve 160 degrees using this setup. Burn the unused paint multiple times before using. I also use old lump that has already been burnt. Therefor there are no VOC's.Thatgrimguy said:What temp did you use?
