Picture: Triple Jerky Rack w/ AR

• I love Jerky!
• Top 2 racks were made of Pork Loin (I experimented), the bottom rack was beef (I forget what cut).
• After marinading the Pork Loin, it was very difficult to work with (very sticky).  Beef was perfect.

THE ORDER

1. OEM BGE GRATE
2. AR CERAMIC OVAL
3. AR (whats in the picture, tilt it backwards a little for it to fit)

I can achieve 160 degrees using this setup.  Burn the unused paint multiple times before using.  I also use old lump that has already been burnt.  Therefor there are no VOC's.

That's pretty cool!  I've never made jerky. I want to try it.
