I've just been routering some stuff for my neighbor and fired up the blackstone griddle for the first time. Cooked some bacon and hash browns. Just got back in da house. Delish!

I worked 5 years as a cook, but we didn't have a griddle. I worked everything else. It's new to me. Love cooking on a new toy.

Those big griddles are nice. Hard to beat how much food they can pump out.2-XLs ,MM,blackstone,Ooni koda 16,R&V works 8.5 gallon fryer,express smoker and 40" smoking cajun
