Arlene,[p]I just smoked some up yesterday. You can do them anyway you want. 3/1/1 or I ended up smoking at 250 for 2 hours and then wrapping in foil for 1 hour with either BBQ sauce or a juice of your desire. Then fired up to about 350, added BBQ sauce, out of foil, until they develop a crispy outside. Hard to mess up. [p]Alan
