BGE Turkey vs. Oven Family cook off

the day is here....the cook off between me and my mom...her legacy oven vs my creole injected compound butter rubbed Beer Can Turkey on the BGE. I am being accompanied by my new pit viper to help keep the temp on point. We will have 3 blinded tasters to determine the winner. I'm feeling good about my chances

Correct @theyolksonyou , we are all in a food coma. While the contest helped mom produce her best bird yet...the BGE won hands down. It was so flavorful and juicy you would have thought I soaked it in broth. YUM!!!! And the prize....
