    Salado TX & 30A  FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.

    Great spread man.  Spatch on the XL looks awesome.  Best of both worlds...quick cook and you had a pan for the gravy.  I bet that gravy was unreal.  I throw the neck in the pan too.  This year I tried something different and put a lot of the crispy veggies in and hit it with an immersion blender.  It did not suck.  I just woke up from my nap and about about to go for round two.  Happy Thanksgiving! 


    Which came first the chicken or the egg?  I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

    Damn, mad jealous of food and weather. It was dropping ice here in the lovely Midwest that impacted travel and cooks. Happy thanksgiving @DMW Nicely Done!!
    I raise my kids, cook and golf.  When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.
    Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.
