Wife and I don't really eat out much anymore for about a year now. Just can't stand the cost for what you get. Today is my birthday, so we decided to go all out on a dinner at home on my B-day present which was an XL egg. Split a 12oz wagyu ribeye, with grilled shrimp and dwell in the shell cold water lobster tail that HEB had on sale. Can't imagine what it would have cost at a restaurant, spent less than we would have for a blah dinner at Saltgrass. Had some rice and green beans for sides, but they didn't get much attention. I love the egg and am really getting the hang of it.

Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"
