It's a gorgeous day outside, and there's no better way to spend it than to have a few libations and fire up the Egg. 

Dusted with DP Bombay Curry, cooked indirect at 350 for 45 minutes, pulled and then cooked at 500 direct for some sear. 

My wife and I have two very different ideas on sauce, so I serve these with no sauce. They really don't need any.  :)
