Slaw-gesstions? (mayo free) for Pulled Pork Sammies

Anyone have a great topping (slaw or otherwise) for pulled pork sandwiches? I'm not a mayo guy. Slaw, kraut, pickled (?), etc.?

Big fan of pig pucker sauce, many variations with the below, even use it on the pork:
1 1/2 cups cider vinegar
3/4 cup water
2 tbs sugar
1 - 2 tbs red pepper flake
1 small onion sliced thin
1 1/2 tbs coarse salt to taste
2 tsp ground black pepper

Sorry, man. Never had (or wanted) a bbq without mayo coleslaw. Just ain't natural.

This recipe and a few slight variations have been around for years. I first started making it way back in 2002. Every time I have made it for potluck parties and large neighborhood picnics it gets raves and the bowl is emptied! There is no mayo in it. This is really GREAT slaw!

How about mayo with a lot of Apple cider vinegar and a little chili garlic paste. That's how I've been making my slaw.2-XLs ,MM,blackstone,Ooni koda 16,R&V works 8.5 gallon fryer,express smoker and 40" smoking cajun

i dont like full mayo slaws either but this ones so cranked up it works, a mexican street corn slaw. im also not one to put slaw on a sandwich unless its a fried fish sandwich on rye
