Looking good man. If I may suggest move the ribs forward. The ribs hanging over the back will cook way faster. Get them all over the plate setter/drip pan.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

Another guy guy doing a buffalo turkey ! Excited to try that. Ribs are ready to wrap and spray with apple juice -

On the menu at the demo day was
Fresh baked bread, with cinnamon butter spread
two turkeys , including the picture above with the buffalo style turkey
ribs,
the most amazing peach cobbler I have ever had (I got he recipe) if any one wants I will be glad to share. It was made in a cast iron Dutch oven
tons of different bacon wrapped goods (jalapeños, pig shots, etc.
Redneck cabbage? Never heard of it. Was ok. Just cabbage with bacon and a bunch of other crap in it
pork loin.

inalso picked up a bunch of extras super cheap.

The Eggfest is the only time that the mothership offers any discounts. They are passed on entirely to the customers. It is a great marketing event and a win win. Great opportunity to create community among the various eggers and their retailer as well. Large or small, it's a great day for eggers.slovelad said:
