Egg-celent customer service

I bought a Mini carrier and it was missing a part to assemble it. The district rep brought a replacement directly to me.

Fantastic Customer service.  To boot I converted a "weber" aficionado into an egg head today.

The Dude..a Mini and a Large Egg..a DigiQ DX (BGE Green)..some Cast Iron...a Thermapen.............and an Ol' Fashion

My best guess would be yes. BGE is not in the business of trying to short change people. They honestly want you to be satisfied. Their customer service is second to none in my experience. Im sure with the carrier being new that it's a honest oversight on their part. No harm no foul as long as they make good on it. And so far it sounds like they have.

Location- Just "this side" of Biloxi, Ms.

    Status- Standing by.
