Thanksgiving trial run

Bought a turkey on sale, as a first attempt at a bird before thanksgiving dinner.
also, made pork burnt ends, green beans and Mac and cheese.
it was delicious, although my photo skills leave something to be desired

@slovelad I'm far from an expert, but this was a fairly easy cook. No brine, rubbed heavy with DP raging river and cooked indirect at 350*. Pulled when breast reached an IT of 160 and let carry over finish it off. this was a 15 lb bird and to my surprise, only took 2.5 hrs.
