The temp was riding at 250 for a couple bourse, it has dropped down to 225, so I am trying to bump it up a little back to 250.Braggart said:Nice. Where did you stabilize the temp?

It cooked for about 5 hours, temp got up closer to 300 for a couple hours in the middle, otherwise it would have been closer to 6 I thinkBraggart said:So how long in the mini? Looks perfect.

That looks about as sweet as the blocking on Mr. Cook's first 2 runs. Nicely Done!!I raise my kids, cook and golf. When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.

i played offensive line at Florida Sate, and the line is always last to get thanks. -
