I apologize in advance. I'm watching the game. So there won't be much in the way of dialog on this one.
New rub. Code 3 Spices. 5-0 Rub. Legit!

Getting Close.

Done. My best yet. IT was 203℉ & probed like buttuh.

Go Broncos! Hope everybody enjoyed their Sunday.

Looking good @NPHuskerFL and go Broncos!. @nolaegghead, is that your potatoes au gratin recipe you posted in another thread? If so, that recipe is a keeper. Great looking ribs guys.

Excellent looking beef ribs! I like the beef rip tee-pee method to fit them on the minimax.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

@Dredger yes, the very same

Vernon Davis stopped caring about football years ago. His heart isn't in it. This is coming from a Raiders fan that heard several interviews on local radio, he's not the same.Smokinpig said:Elway isn't messing around! Hello Vernon Davis!
Ribs look great. -
Well I didn't care for the outcome in the game, but those have become my favorite and my brides. FTC'd some Saturday and took them up north to the kids. Now I'm out, gotta go back to RD and get some more.
I love the way you arranged them in that MM, bet they were incredibly tastyLBGE - I like the hot stuff. The big dry San Joaquin Valley, Clovis, CA -

For s#its & grins here's a shot of what's leftover from the cook. I originally loaded all the way up to the deflector stone w/ propped up onto the fire ring (vs in the fire ring depressions) using KAB loaded up w/ Rockwood and 5 decent sized Oak Chunks. Temp ranged 200℉-275℉. Cook a little over 11 hrs + 30 minute warm-up and + ? minute shut down/ cool off. Could've easily went another 6-8 hrs. Definitely Efficient
