Now I lay me down to sleep ....
... cause i ate too much brisket !!!!
14 lb at 225 for 14 hours with Holy Cow. Crutch at 160 with jalapeno juice, maybe a touch too much jalapeno but all in all it was a tasty hunk of meat. I cooked this for sandwiches and meat sauce so it is all bagged and ready for the fridge. Well all except the 6 or 11 slices I may have just eaten
And no need to adjust your monitors, the green is indeed from the jalapeno juice. Next time I will go a little lighter on that lol
