OT - New York strip on the Blackstone

I finally got my Blackstonei griddle sanded down smooth and seasoned and have cooked a few meals on it. Tonight I seared a NY strip and cooked a bacon infused hot slaw. Just salt and pepper on the steak. Nice way to change things up.

@Wolfpack I sanded it staring with 80 grit and finished with 220 grit.
