OT - New York strip on the Blackstone

I finally got my Blackstonei griddle sanded down smooth and seasoned and have cooked a few meals on it.  Tonight I seared a NY strip and cooked a bacon infused hot slaw.  Just salt and pepper on the steak.  Nice way to change things up.


Any road will take you there if you don't know where you're going.
